While the world is filled with complainers, blamers and finger-pointing cynics, Alan believes in the power of smile-based solutions. To Mr. Sitomer’s way of thinking, rigor and cranium-stretching cognitive sweat are not mutually exclusive to fun and joy in the classroom. In fact, Alan knows from firsthand experience that these are interconnected elements because kids like to learn – especially when the learning is made meaningful, relevant and enjoyable.
